Understanding Emotional Pain

Some of us pass through intense pain in life, which can be seen as suffering or blessing. The pain may be due to the loss of a loved one, some kind of emotional or psychological uprootedness.

 

Such moments of pain, if seen from a higher perspective can make us drop all illusions and start searching for the real. But for that, we need to pass through a phase of pain followed by Healing and Let Go. 

 

Some of us, get scared of pain and in the process, distract ourselves in more and more work, and close ourselves to the world by covering the wound with the hard rock. The wound doesn't heal but such people ensure that there are no more wounds.

 

But the pain is given to us to become soft, to be more empathetic, to love more intensely.

It is an opportunity to start connecting to our deeper selves.

What is Healing ?

Healing is a process of removing the emotional, psychological, or spiritual blocks, that help the human to live a more peaceful and fulfilled life. 

Sometimes, due to intense pain, we suppress or ignore our wounds unhealed. 

 

We employ various techniques to help the person let go and heal all wounds and live a more loving and fulfilled life.

After the person is healed, he/she can connect more deeply to oneself. 

The guidance can help the person to move from darkness to light within himself.

 

Being in a consistent meditative state becomes easy when such blocks are removed.

Who can Heal ?

One who has passed through intense pain, who has healed the deep wound and has become a more loving and integrated being.

Such a person becomes really empathetic and can become a medium to heal the wounds of others.

 

Love is the biggest of all healing forces. Through healing and meditation, we can connect to our own source of love within.

 

One who has seen the darkness within, and has passed through a process of purification through suffering and love, can help to purify others and to let go.
