My spiritual journey began back in 2016-17 when I was exploring the teachings of Brahma Kumaris. It was during this time that Tanu Shree entered my life as a guiding light. She introduced me to Osho’s discourses, opening up a new realm of spiritual understanding for me. Even though she didn’t host discourses herself at that time, she guided me towards other classes and resources that helped me grow.
Tanu Shree is more than just a teacher; she’s a true guru who shows up at the right moments, especially when I’m in need or feeling lost. She illuminates my path, dispelling darkness and gently nudging me forward. Her guidance is invaluable, and having someone with her experience by my side has made all the difference in my spiritual journey.
I’m deeply grateful to Tanu Shree for her unwavering support and wisdom.

The day I met my Angel which was on July 27th, 2015 which was a very lucky and beautiful day for me. I still remember the scene when I saw Tanu, it was a short duration in Pune together but our relationship will stay forever.
Though I was a happy-go-lucky person, I had some unknown fears, traumas lots of confusion about life. I was not much aware of meditation. Tanu's presence and her company gave me lots of comfort, learned many things in life. Waking early, start my day with smile and gratitude, learnt meditation, how to enjoy non-doing, how to eat (happy and expressing gratitude while eating), how to be in blissfulness state, when to eat dinner, what to eat, how to face and handle people in positive and negative situations. How to love, respect and admire yourself. Moreover just for the namesake also I don't think in a negative way. I know these may sound silly but each and everything shaped my life beautifully.
I have seen a massive shift, not just mentally, but physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially as well. I am now more focusssed and centered, productive and have the clarity about my purpose.
It was not easy and pushing through the tough days has made me stronger and more resilient.
Frankly speaking, I do not have words to express my gratitude. Tanu has given me a spiritual rebirth. A Billion million thanks for sharing so much knowledge & wisdom & enhancing our lives to Beautiful Healthy Meaningful Lives!!!! The healing, meditation techniques and lessons are very bright, powerful, simple and very useful & on time it has reached me!!! I Thank You Thank you Thank you sooooo much for everything!!!

I met Tanu in 2014. Meeting her was a divine intervention for me. I never imagined that I would find my best friend, my guide, my mentor, and my angel in a place like an office dormitory.
I was unwell and resting in the dorm. I didn’t want to fall into deep sleep, so I placed a pillow behind my back and sat upright with my eyes closed. Suddenly, I felt someone touch me. I opened my eyes and saw a young, beautiful girl standing in front of me, gently holding my hand with so much love and asking, “Aap theek toh ho na?”
I smiled and said yes, and then Tanu left the dormitory. After she walked out, I wondered if she was a girl or an angel, because I had never seen her before in the office premises.
After that divine touch, I began searching for Tanu. One day, I suddenly saw her in the canteen. I ran toward her, hoping she wouldn’t disappear again. Being a shy person, I still found the courage to run across the canteen, not caring what others might think.
When I asked Tanu, “Do you remember me? We met in the dorm,” she smiled and said, “Yes, I do.” Our friendship began that day, and my life started with a new breath — something I had never experienced before.
Tanu introduced me to meditation, and I received it with my whole heart because I trusted that she would always guide me on the right path. Life began taking beautiful turns, with new lessons every day. She encouraged me to go to Rishikesh to meet Mooji and stay there for 5 days — she even arranged all my bookings.
My complaining alphabet 'WHY' has changed to an affirmative word 'YES' - Yes, I am responsible for everything that is happening in my life. And this was possible only through the medium, God has sent in my life.
My life changed drastically through her teachings, guidance, and love. Self-condemnation, self-pity has gone beyond my reach now. PLR has helped me amazingly to connect to my own being, to connect to my center. It has given me that peace which I was searching for my whole life.
Everything Tanu advised was always for my highest good. No one in my life has ever cared for me or loved me so selflessly as Tanu has. It’s not about comparing others with her — it is simply my deep gratitude to the Universe for blessing me with this divine connection with Tanu.
